there has been a lot of talk in the Senate about a new stimulus program that would take place in Feb.part of that plan would be to bring back some form of down payment asst. for home buyers .i believe we need this to help spark our market . with new constrction down along with 1st time home buyer market being brought almost to halt . we need something to get this economy and the housing market back on track.do we need to srceen better ,yes . right now we have gone so far the other way we need to come back closer to the middle .i believe this would help and we as realtors should get behind it
