Rentals are hotttt!

With the foreclosures we have seen, there are more and more people going to rentals.  In addition, the uncertainity in the markets has brought out more and more people looking to just "stay cool" for a year and rent rather than buy. Consequently, we are  seeing an uptick in rentals- I want to talk a little about what is happening becuase of them. Investors!  At the lower end of the market, I am seeing rental prices going up.  You might be interested in looking at condos as a place for investment- the ones from $179000 to $200,000 for a two bedroom.  Anybody else seeing this happen?
