Hello Everyone! I just wanted to quick write about a site I was just informed about. It's called Oodle.com and it's very similar to Craigslist.
It's super easy to register, you just pick a user name and a password, verify your e-mail and bam your in.
After you register head over to "Post a Free Ad" - If you choose the "Real Estate" category, it takes you through step and step and you can enter really specific things such as: a description, a phone number to reach you (the agent), price, bedrooms, bathroom, year built, MLS #, squar feet, etc. You can also add pictures.
In my opinion it is much more organized and nicer to look at than craigslist. I think people will agree, and would much rather use oodle over any other classified or listing site. I guess only time will tell, but in the mean time, i'm deffinately throwing all my listings on there.
