Sunset Clouds Before Ike

By
Real Estate Agent with Texas Home Group

The sunset Friday Sept. 12, 2008 was spectacular and a little scary. What the pictures do not show is the trees are already whipping to and fro, you could tell that there would be trees down before morning, and the clouds were moving fast in a circular motion unlike the regular straight in from the coast winds before a storm clouds that we are used to. I stood out for the longest staring at the sky and watching the changes wondering what the night would hold for us. As the sun set in flaming colors, I knew that it would be a different world when morning came.

Crystal - Thank you for the photos before the storm, they do look a little scary. But the clouds also look real pretty with a lot of pink colors, very nice!

Crystal, Beautiful sunset clouds.  They do look a bit ominous too.  Thanks for sharing.
