How dynamic is your team or your company???
Thursdays are our "Get-Together" time. I am convinced if you do not do things together, you will never be a team.
It's fun to take on a new project and watch the agent dynamics. One is better at this, another at that, and by the time your get thru the project planning, the best at what they do are where they need to be.
It's fun, it's motivating, and for those agents who think a weekly or monthly meeting is not useful, has never been to one of ours.
After all, isn't it what you make it.
Attitude is everything. Being a part of something is rewarding. A team member at one of the best real estate companies in town, well to say it bluntly, a privilege.
