It seems that a lot of prospects right now are asking for rent to own homes.  Since these can be hard to find, I wanted to post this one.  Let's connect the buyers with the sellers, even if it's one at a time!

This is my investment property, and we would outright sell it (asking price is $189,000), rent it ($1,099 per month, pets negotiable), or do a rent to own/lease to purchase.
