After being an active member of AR for quite some time, I've decided to focus my blogging efforts on my own "outside" real estate blogs. I'll be posting Loudoun and Fairfax County real estate related posts directly on my local real estate blogs - LoudounScene.com and LoudounForeclosures.com - and will continue writing about real estate in general over at Agent Genius and VARBuzz.

Thank you to everyone who's read my posts, commented and engaged in discussion. I look forward to continuing the relationship I've built with many of you here on AR on the "outside".

Thanks Jenn and Loren. I had my own personal real estate blogs before I ever joined AR, but wanted to give AR a shot because of all the "hype".

My personal real estate blogs is where I get 75% of my business from while I get no business whatsoever (directly or indirectly) from AR. And AR never contributed any substantial traffic to my blogs. That's why I chose to stop spending time and energy on AR.

Since I took the time and energy spent on AR and applied it to my blogs, my traffic has gone up substantially and I've seen an increase in new clients that came directly from my blogs. 

Not saying AR isn't good - it's just not for me.
