It seems the days of Multiple Offers are back. I am A Realtor in Los Angeles California. I mostly cover San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles areas. I have been working with a few buyers aggresively searching for the property that they are looking for in the past couple of weeks and experiencing multiple offer situations specially with Short Sales and Bank Owned properties in Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills and West Hills California. What I have been experiencing is that the number of multiple offers range from about 6 to 30. I have been receiving also a lot of short sales and Bank owned listings in the West Los Angeles areas in the past couple of weeks. so it seems those areas starting to get effected as well.
