If you are one of 45,000 Californians wondering why you haven't received your stimulus check from the IRS, it may be stuck in the mail. The Sacramento Bee reported today, that out of 45,000 Californians, who fall in that category, more than 2,700 of those resciding in the eight-county Sacramento region, have IRS refund checks or stimulus payments waiting for them.
