I have been in the development / construction industry here in Florida close to 25 yrs. never seen the turn down in this arena before. I taken up looking at wholesaling REO's. This is new to me but I'm told during this economic times can be very profitable. I have an associate who is lender direct give me 735 of these to help her sell. I'm at a lost on how to get these to investors who look for these deals.
