At Avera Design, we understand the importance of maintaining a competitive edge when it comes to quality of product and cost of service. As of 10/20/2008, we have permanently reduced the cost of our virtual tours from 169.00 to 119.00. This includes 4 360 degree scenes and posting to national sites such as realtor.com, homes.com and homeseekers.com. We also provide a MLS compliant link. Our virtual tours are more than just slideshows and elevator music. They are completely immersive and allow users to navigate around the room. Digital virtual tours are the most potent marketing tool ever made available to real estate agents. In a few short years from now, Internet usage and purchasing will have grown so rapidly that your customers will fully expect the better estate agents to have embraced this new technology.

  • Real Estate Virtual Tours increase the chance of matching a property to the purchasers requirements
  • Real Estate Virtual Tours save home buyers time and expense when searching for a property
  • Real Estate Virtual Tours are becoming the prime property listing resource for home buyers
  • Home buyers prefer previewing homes via virtual tours before physically viewing the physical property
  • Real Estate Virtual Tours are like "open houses" 24 hours a day
  • Real Estate Virtual Tours provide an accurate representation of the property and decrease the time and expense of showing properties in the physical world.

I can understand that...believe me with the market down, advertising money is hard to come by for everyone. I do however believe in the effectiveness of high quality photography and true 360° virtual tours. If you can find the right talent to take care of this for you, I'm certain the return on investment will be well worth it. I've actually had several clients close on properties with customers who never actually stepped foot into the home. They lived hundreds of miles away and couldnt make the trip. We photographed the home and surrounding areas, they did their research on the community and made the decision to BUY. Stories like that happen all the time here on the coast, with all of the new industries coming in, our services help with people relocating to the area.

Hi James,

I agree with you. Virtual tours are a great marketing tool. Research clearly shows that listing that have them pull far more views and leads. So, they could definitely make the difference of a home selling or not. Other research indicates that they even increase the perceived value and shorten the DOM.
