1/23/08: Christmas at Vickery Creek was stunning. Homes were lighted and the Village was quite beautiful I hope you had the time this Christmas to drive by. Decide this year that you are going to live in Vickery Creek or one of the other fine communites in Cumming Ga. 8/1/07: Harrington Clothiers, Courtyard Gift & Home & The Flower Post are additonal new stores that will be joining the Vickery Village retail village in September
7/23/07: Peckenpaugh's in Vickery Village is now open. Peckenpaugh's has gourmet cheese, wine, desserts, deli with coffee. The hours Monday - Friday are 6:00am - 8:00pm Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm. Sunday 10:00am -6:00pm. So stop in and have a coffee on your way to the gym.
7/15/07: Vickery Village has Movie Nights. August 3rd is the next Movie night under the stars. Flick & Float will be shown at 8:00pm. The movie is free and popcorn and glowsticks will be sold at the event. The Vickery Biding Club meets each Saturday morning at 8:00am at the Wild Bird Center in Vickery Village shopping. Sometimes they travel to various bird watching locations.

7/13/07: Great news!! Peckinpaugh's has a Now Hiring sign out. Looks like they are stocking the store and this means they should be open in the very near future.
6/26/07: They are planning on a Starbucks in the Village. So now when I go to work out at the YMCA I
will be able to walk to the Starbucks and have my coffee. Might go have my nails done or visit one of the many stores.
