Location, location, location.... My first year out of college I lived in Westchester, taught in Playa del Rey, and spent all my money in beautiful Santa Monica (and sometimes Venice). Great place - sooo scenic. I'm not surprised the area is booming. I was there last summer (looking at colleges with our teenage son) and saw that EA has a place near Loyola Marymount University.  Video gaming is growing by leaps and bounds - why not put your company within a stone's throw of the ocean?
