I don't know about you guys but I am sooooo tired of the negativity permeating through this country at the moment - I understand that everyone must be confused with the elections coming up but boy oh boy have I discovered just how people love misery. You've all heard of The Secret I am sure - now lets practice it!!! In relation to Real Estate and it's current trends - I read a really good saying the other day - for those buyers who can afford to buy right now and won't - listen up - "be fearful when others are greedy, be greedy when others are fearful" - a more truer saying I have not heard in a long time. Now is the time to invest in your future - if you can do it - do it - this will all pass and as we all know - Real Estate is a long term investment and if you buy right - which you can right now - then the money you've invested will pay you dividends - so come on people, lets get rid of the negative thoughts, the doom and gloom, lets ignore the news media - for they breed and grow rich on negativity (and WE allow them to) and look forward with a positive attitude. DO NOT surround yourself with negative thoughts. DO NOT allow others to influence your positive attitude. Take control and move forward in a POSITIVE way. Please.
