Okay, today is still a great day to visit, but you may think it is March, not October. Wind gusts make you want to think about flyiing a kite today. But today is warm compared with the weather wizards predicitions for the next few days. We may even get our first freeze here..frost on the Pumpkin? YES! Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be the coldest days WWs say, making for a more comfortable weekend. Don't forget your heavier jackets and hats for the children if you are coming up this week. Be sure you don't forget to pick up some pumpkins. Halloween is almost over you say?....Pumpkins are great decorations for Thanksgiving too, so pick up a few fresh ones to take home. Be careful with the hay, if you purchase some to use for yard decorations. Children in particular can be allergic to it. Sometimes they start stuffing scare crows with hay and then you notice some red, raised places on their faces! My grand daughter is very allergic to the Hay, so she just watches while we stuff!
