Here's the numbers for Centennial for last month. According to Metrolist, which is the local MLS that includes Centennial real estate, these numbers represent March 2007 of single family residential properties in Centennial, Colorado (Arapahoe County).

Active Listings - (Total) 349
Active New Listings (listed in March) - 98
Under Contract - 112
Newly Under Contract in March - 59
As you can see, about half of the homes that are Under Contract did so in March. This is a good news for Centennial. Of the remaining inventory there is just over a a 3 month supply of homes.
