I guess I am a steady watcher of AR. I know there is a term for those of us who read all the postings but seldom post ourselves but I'm not sure of what we're called. Well I am one of them. Recently I noticed more and more very old posting on AR daily newsletter and I was asking myself why do I want to look at a posting from 2006? Are there no current or recent postings that AR thinks are worth posting.
I like the information and Links to agents and websites all over the country. I like the feel of a community that shares experiences and ideas. Some are worthwhile and some are not but they are shared and may work for me or others. I guess if I was posting on a regular basis insted of just absorbing the ideas of others, there may be others who would to, but I spend as much as an hour and a half each morning dealing with e-mails and I know it could be two or three hours if I spent more time on AR or Realtalk.
I would like to hear other ARmembers thoughts and if I am wrong, tell me so and I will slither back into my cave and shut up.
