As everyone knows we are dealing with a crazy market!! Although Vernal is not seeing half of what the rest of the country is dealing with, our market has slowed a little. We still have many people looking, and wanting to buy, the question these days is can they get financed!!! I enjoy working with first time home buyers, and it is so sad when they are unable to buy their first home because they can not get a loan!! But it is also great to see someone save for a down payment, and know how hard they worked to get into that home!! I love real estate!! And although I have only been licensed for a year, I have seen many changes in the market, and I enjoy and look forward to seeing what challenges lie ahead!!
