Squeeze me, PLEASE..........

The house I was inspecting today had a crawlspace. During the inspection I was looking for an access point in the interior of the house. That because the access on the exterior is to small and restricted, all I could do was just to put my face at the opening. The opening was about 8-10 inch. I was just going to write it up as inaccessible. Than I thought, I’ll just stick my camera into the opening and start taking picture in the blind. I’m so glad I did.

The corrosion on the black pipe and then there is a drain line leaking towards the rear.

Besides all the other things going around here, there is another leak on this other drain line, this one is towards the left rear. So even doe I could not squeeze my big o beer belly in there, my camera did the job.

Roy-Inspections are no easy task when you have to crawl underneath the homes. I couldn't do it. The main reason is because if I saw a snake, I would make them a new door. Good idea about sticking the camera in the hole and taking pictures.

Roy, good job! But what an ugly house.

Roy, did you ever find another access? I had a real head slap moment when I figured out I could just stick my camera in somewhere and start shooting photos. It was like, Well DUHH, I could have been doing this all along".

When I was in So. CA, a lot of the crawlspace access hatches were inside the house in closets. Have only seen one in TN in 14 years.

Nice photos

I love the telephoto.  I can get 3 story roofs that would scare a mountain goat and crawl spaces with openings that would shy a mouse away.
