Wow, this building is BEAUTIFUL!!! This is my favorite building on Sunny Isles right now for a lot of reasons. Firstly, when you walk into the lobby you don't have to wonder what part of the country you're in. This building is different from all the others because the entire back of the lobby is lined with 3 story panes of glass exposing the building to the Atlantic Ocean. It is breathtaking. Secondly, the units have beautiful finishes. All units have the crestron system wired throughout the apartments. You could be in china and turn the lights and a/c off in your apartment in Florida. Thirdly, the location is spectacular! If you don't want to have a car you don't have to. It is within walking distance to all of your needs, Epicure Market which is a gourmet market , dry cleaners, restaurants, super markets, parks and more all within walking distance.
