The amphitheater is an outdoor venue with approx. 3,500 fixed seats and 12,000 lawn seats. All seating is uncovered. Certain events will have a table and chair set up in place or in conjunction with the 3,500 fixed seats. They have recently launched a new website. Check often for schedule of upcoming events.
Susan - it looks nice. I assume it is in the Simpsonville area? I always enjoy your posts -- especially the political ones. One little recommendation I would make with pics on AR -- I wish people would say roughly where places are located --- like 20 minutes from Columbia (or some major place)...so us out of state folks have a general idea. I don't have a clue where Simpsonville is and yes..to lazy to look it up.

I love places like this and usually go to at least one 'Play in the Park' each summer.
