I love my Job but I wish it paid better. Letter to my partners we are the men in the arena. I am reminding you that the suggestion's Wendell gave us was free advice given to help ALT. When your given advice, its wise to take it. If his daughter wants to help us, we may want to take it. If people offer to help us and we don't take them up on their offer, they may quit trying to help us. Do not be afraid to be humble and ask for help. As I think about our company since the day it first started. God has brought us what we needed when we need it. The "problems" we have had has only helped us grow. We are learning in months what it has taken others years to learn! Sometimes God brings us what we need and we don't take it. We all need to be alert and aware of opportunities. When we are given an opportunity, we need to take it and trust in God that he will bring us who or what we need when we need it. We also should keep telling people what we are doing, take help when it's offered, or asking for help when we need it. Sometimes the best people for our business might be the people that are different from us, they can bring a different view point or solution. It's important that we accept all people - "Loving thy neighbor as our self and making sure to love thy self". Some days don't seem like good days but they are good days! We get to run our business in a growing market. We are putting people to work, providing for families and helping our clients build wealth.
