Peachtree Model #205 - $250,500, lease-back amount $1,600 per month   [UNDER CONTRACT]

Woodruff Model #214 - $249,500, lease-back amount $1,600 per month

Lindbergh Model $107 - $355,500, lease-back amount $1,950 per month

All homes include all appliances...refrigerator and washer/dryer to be installed at the end of the lease term

The Seller will pay $4,000 towards closing costs.

6% Co-Op

$5,000 Earnest Money Requirement

One year limited builder's warranty to commence at the end of the lease term.

Lease-back terms

12 month lease agreement with the option to renew month-to-month

60 day notice to vacate

Utilities will be paid by Morris Kaplan Communities for the term of the lease.
