The lowest priced condo on the market is priced at $149,000 and is a studio on 6th Avenue in The Mills at Cortez Hills. The highest priced downtown condo on the market is prices at $10,850,000 and is a 3 bedroom pent house on Front Street in the Marina District in Renaissance. The median downtown condo list price is $565,000 on this date. There are 122 condos in escrow in the 92101 zip code. The median price for pending condos is $379,900. Many of the active and pending condos are foreclosures.
There were a total of 555 condos sold in Downtown San Diego year to date. 38 of these condos were studios, 168 were 1 bedroom condos, 324 were 2 bedroom condos and 25were 3 bedroom condos. There were a total of 614 condos sold in 2007 in Downtown San Diego 92101. This year should be about the same volume of sales.
