Great Lines. No Blinds. All Mine! - Cover Photos

Services for Real Estate Pros with

I got brought in to shoot some twilight shots that could be used for the cover of the MLS Open House Guide. I love this house. It had great architectural lines and amazing views of the valley.

This was a fun shoot. I think I able to get some cool shots for them to choose from. I had to break out a lot of my lights to get things just how I wanted them, but getting “the shot” is what makes it so fun.

Here are a few photos from the shoot.  Let me know what you think.

Lewis - Yes, I used 4 lights on that main shot.  One strobe camera left and the three strobes to illuminate the bushes.

Joan - Thanks.  This was my first shoot for this agent.  The house just went on the market so hopefully these images will bring in the foot traffic and get it sold.  She has already mentioned bring me into her office, so I think she is pretty happy with the results.  Whoo-hoo!

Lori -Wow!  Architectural Digest type quality is what I aim for for ever house I shoot.  Even the small 2 and 1s should get the same treatment.  I'm glad to hear you think my photos are even close to that level.

Jen - Hmm.  I've never been to Decatur so if you want to hire this pro....  :-)  I don't know if you're interested but I'm finishing up an article on how to make your agent point-and-shoot photos look more pro.

Wow. You really did get some incredible shots! I like the little sparkle in the first one. Did you photoshop that, or did you get that with lights?  The shot that goes straigt through the house, over the tiles, past the living room, and right out the windows is my favorite.

I'll go for the TRIPLE WOW!!! The pictures are fantastic.  Someday when I hit the lotto that is exactly the kind of home I want - minimalist, modern and calm.  You did a great job capturing the space.

Beautiful shots, great house, not my personal style but when its done right it is right.

Do you know who designed the house, the style is familiar.

Nice work Greg...I thought you were using HDR in these shots due to the contrast on some of the interior/exterior shots and the ability to not have anything "blown out."
