These homes in walkersville look like they would be popular for a large percentage of buyers. I did not realize you have new homes at this price point. Seems like this type of home at this price point would be in high demand?

Gary.  Thanks.  I'm featuring this location all over.  So far, this is my first sale in this community.  The price cannot be matched for the quality of this builder.

Bill.  This community is about 3-5 miles north of Frederick and sort of "off the radar".  When the builder told me about this new model, I was surprised at the price/value.  I believe it's a "loss leader". 

This is KHovanian.  They are, and have been doing what they have to do to sell homes.  I believe that KHov has decided to keep moving homes and keep their folks at work.  They have closed up some on site sales centers and selling from consolidated location, but I can live with that. 

Geez.  I surely wish I was in the market for a new home today.  The value out there is amazing.

I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment with my buyers yesterday to write the contract.  I drove around a while before just to get some shots of the surrounding area with the changing trees.
