I recently sold a "flipper" that I owned, with the help of a Realtor. We got more people coming to see the house from Craigs List ads, than any other advertising source. We were amazed at how few people came from the newspaper ads compared to Craigs List. And the best part - its free!

Number1expert.com is good, it cost a bunch of money but it is worth it.

It's not unique, but my blogs have been the most effective by far.

I checked into Number1expert.com but they already have five agents in our area who use them.  I am looking to be different.  Thanks for the company.  I am starting to blog more as well.  Any suggestions on what type of content buyers or sellers are looking for?

I have gotten a few buyers, including my most recent one from Realtor.com (I use the showcase listing package). Craigslist is AWESOME but it is getting over used with lots of cheesy agent ads and fake listings so the buyers seem to be very wary!
