How many "For Sale" signs can there be in one community???

Actually I guess it depends on the size or the community. Wow, it just looked astounding!!! While visiting some friends in Orlando Florida last weekend I was simply amazed at the number of signs in one neighborhood. There are signs everywhere;  in every neighborhood!!! It looks to be a field day if your a Buyer!!! Guess I'm just not used to that porportion here in the Upstate. Our market is good, (but not inundated) even for those looking to purchase. Makes you feels good to be home again.

We are seeing more activity. We went from 15 months of inventory to 12. I have seen a street with over 60% up for sale, but now they are selling!-Dinah

The new subdivision in the higher price range around here has a for sale in every other yard. Some of the builders are just now going Bankrupt.
