Marco Casol, CEO of PreGel has been educating American Restaurants and diners about gelato since he arrived in Charlotte in 2002.
This spring they opened a $16 million PreGel America Headquarters with over 150,000 square feet. Plans for a $12 million expansion over the next 2 years are in the works.
Gelato is a frozen flavorful creamy Italian dessert similar to ice cream but with less fat and fewer calories.
