I tell everyone that the best time to get a deal on real estate is towards the end of the year. Sellers want money for Christmas. Banks and builders want to unload inventory before the tax year ends. And everyone knows that the buyers are few and far between in November and December, so they know that they may not see another buyer for several weeks.
