K think the timing could not be better. Interest rates are low and housing prices are low. We are seeing a lot of cash buyers at the moment. we are also seeing modular homes built a year or 2 ago being sold for cheaper than it costs to build a new one. I feel this means the bottom is here or very near. Remember the only way you know when the bottom was, was when you past it.Call for help and the latest market stats.
