800 number call capture

By
Real Estate Agent with Silvercreek Realty Group

More and more I have been thinking and wondering is it worth the cost of having an 800 number for call capture.  I am looking for some feedback on those that do have this as part of their business.  What are the benefits amongst the drawbacks of having this service.  Does this actually bring you leads?

Thanks for you time in advance!

I am surprised no one has answered...they don't want to share the wealth maybe?  I have an idea that call capturing can really work...I am off to find more info on it...

I am a Computer Engineer with experience in both Mortgage Brokering and IVR (integrated voice response)  I have been writing code for call capture over the last few weeks and have a call capture system setup.  Unlike other systems that I have seen, I am integrating fax on demand, which will allow callers to request documents like floorplans and a option to be connected directly to the agent.

I am interested in connecting with some agents that want to demo the system while it is in beta.  You would have the unique opportunity to work with the programmer and help shape the system to best suit your needs.
