I’m feeling a little run down after the late nights and sugar rush I’ve endured this weekend, so I decided that a little fire affirmation would help keep me moving today.
Fire can be used as a symbol of light and hope as well as to purify and remove negative energy.
Here’s what I used today for a little pick-me-up. Try it, and let me know if it works for you.
1. Light a yellow candle to promote change, new beginnings, wisdom and understanding.
2. Surround the candle with dried lavender flowers for greater peace and happiness.
3. As you light the candle, focus on the flame and think about what you expect to accomplish today.
4. Burning your goals on a piece of paper can enhance the outcome.
5. I like to use scents and aromas with my rituals, so I burnt the stem from the dried lavender to positively charge the space.
I’m feeling energized and ready to finish what I started for the day! Hope you find your inner peace today.
