Tri City Market Update

Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco and surrounding areas have begun to see the slow down that has hit the rest of the nation.  There is an approximate 4 months supply of homes on the market, up from 3 months just 2 months ago.  I beleive that this has to do with the typical time of year where we see a slow down in Pending Sales.  Also, there has been another slow down due to the recent National Mortgage and Banking Crisis.  Our area continues to be strong on jobs and homes are still very affortable.
