Now that the Presidential Election is less than 24 hours away, I tend to wonder how each candidate's election will effect the market. I would like to think that it would not matter which candidate gets in office since both have plans to help relieve the housing crisis. However, will either of the plans work or is there one plan that is better than the other. It is a scary thought that the ability to purchase homes or not will be hinging on who is elected to lead our country.
It really makes you ponder, once Wednesday morning gets here will it open the flood gates of buyers that have been sitting on the fence? Will buyers still be hiding waiting to see what the elected President does next?
I am sure that the media will once again tell us all what to think and our buyers and sellers will base their decisions on whatever they say.
