Buyers are still buying on emotion and if a house is STAGED they are more likely to want to put in an offer.
For years I have been teaching STAGING classes at the Pleasant Hill Rec & Parks Dept. I just finished a class last week.
One of my students has had her home on and off the market for the last year. She has a fantastic agent, but was reluctant to "STAGE" her home. After my class she said she was going home and following my 5 steps and will have her house ready to sell when it goes back on the market! It was so exciting to see her so excited about what she learned and what she could now apply to preparing her house for sale!
