The Whole Thing, And Then Some!

Real Estate Broker/Owner with The Kennelley Group Realtors

Setting by your Computer and phone waiting for someone to call you back?  If so Google... nwaproperties and give me a call and let me know what happened.  You can call the number displayed on any of the links on the first page and reach me but you can only reach me on seven out of ten links on the second page, but I'll try to improve on that when i get a chance.

Watch for my Blogs on Localism in cities and towns throughout Northwest Arkansas as I will begin entering sales information for the first ten months of this year on different communities and targeted subdivisions throughout our area.  If you find the information useful tell others.  The more we actually know about our market conditions the better we can serve our clients.  Towns I will be including marketing information on are; Avocca, Bella Vista, Bentonville, Cave Springs, Decatur, Garfield, Gentry, Little Flock, Lowell, Pea Ridge, Rogers, Siloam Springs, Springdale and Tontitown.  I will also be including specific subdivisions in some of these towns and I hope to include sales information on Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington Counties in Northwest Arkansas.

If you haven't been to any of my Marketing Blogs check them out when you get a chance as I will start dropping them off as newer information becomes available.  Right now there are some links available that will let you know what has happened in our area by year since 2004.

Be sure and Google...  nwaproperties and let me know what you think.

Hi, thanks for the comment.  Did you get a chance to Google nwaproperties?  I really don't know how that happened (getting the first page and seven out of ten on the second) but I'll take it.  It sure impresses prospects and clients.    I send emails to Realtors around the world who I have been in contact with, with two words on the page...   Google...  nwapropertiesand the response has been fantistic.  Works well in correspondence to expired's and FSBO's also.   I send a piece of stationary with only two words in the middle of the page  Google... nwaproperties.  Several who arn't computer literate call and want to know what that means (which means I've made a contat), and those that do understand go there out of curiosity just to see what it is (I've made another contact).

There is a downside to this though, the market here is rotten right now.  Those that want to buy, can't, and those that can buy seem to be waiting to see how low it will go.  Oh well, no one said it was going to be easy.   I've been in the business since 1963 and seen several up's and down's but this is ridiculous.

Here's to better times!

Wow! Bentonville. That brings back memories. We lived in Fort Smith for awhile. It reminded me a lot of Kentucky.

Hi Vickie, go to Arkansas, on the Rain, then Bentonville, then check out the pictures, I have several there.  It will bring back more old memories.  By the way we're getting a new 52 million dollar artmuseum in Bentonville, and they're talking about building a new Art Center complex in Rogers for Broadway shows.  The Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville is getting to congested so the're thinking of expanding in Rogers.  A new Semi-Pro baseball park was constructed in Springdale this year, and the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville has a major building project underway.  Northwest Arkansas is definately not what people think of when they think of Arkansas.

Send me some business!

From Hal, (an old Sacramento resident)
