Have you heard of Panoriders available from your RTV dealers to go with your virtual tours?  How about single property websites?

Your local RTV virtual can provide you with a single property website and a beautiful rider to hang on your sign with this web address right on the sign.  This is a great marketing tool that should really help boost your sales and your listings!

A single property website is basically a virtual tour with a domain name specific to that prpoerty (www.318MidsummerDrive.com)  You can add map buttons, mortgage buttons, a sales flyer, etc to the tour and it is an easy way to help potential clients rememeber the address of the home!

The sign and the domain name together run about $75+ $15 shipping.  Then you just have the cost of the virtual tour on top of that.

The domain name is good for 1 year.

Good post, Jeff!  I use agencylogic.com and their PowerSite product to create single property sites.  It's extremely versatile and cost effective.  Pricing starts at $45/site and is also good for a year.  Sign riders are available for $19.95

I am about to change my process on these completely.  I am going to go a little closer to them and offer sites for $42 and riders for $19.95 as well....no virtual tour required.  I am going to get my server configured for it and the template built.  Do they do the work for you, or do you email your info/pics into them?

I use YouBuz.com  They offer platforms for prospecting at a great deal!!!  I'm on the ElitePro Platform which allows me to make unlimted Address Specific websites, send 24 email flyers per month and it has a Property Feedback system and alot more..  Check it out.  Very cost effective and the company is spot on!!!  Call them and ask for free upgrades.  They're very accomodating..  I'm only paying $39 per month for basically unlimited use of the site..
