I wish I could post up a poll like I can on Startup Nation (AR gurus, an idea?)

I'm conducting an informal survey and what better place for a RE related opinion than here?

Here are three intro lines for ads.  Which one gets your attention most?

A. Sell your home FASTER!  Make your home "First look, First buy"

B. Selling? Give your home that "First look, First buy" edge.

C. Need to sell?  Make your home "First look, First buy"

Please post your letter response and a quick note as to why.

(Note: "First look, First buy" is trade-mark pending with USPTO)

Mike, I vote for "A." The "Sell--I'm sure you meant YOUR--home FASTER" line grabs me much more than the other two. It gets the bottom line across in the first 4 words.

Don't have a professional copywriter on staff (yet) and spell checker on here doesn't handle syntax.

Thanks for the input.

Interesting so far.  I've asked for help and it took 18 "views" to get 13 clicks to get one response.  I wonder if that kind of metric holds in the real world?

hehe.. I am casting my vote for candidate A ;)

No really, option A was the best because it conveyed an action on their part and the results on your part. It was more compelling to me because it said that you could get it done faster and better than other agents can. The others did not give me that impression as much as A did.

Best of luck with the ad! And be sure to cast your presidential vote today- I am!

Kind Regards, Nicole Weidauer

Not in every situation.  It is very inappropriate in professional settings.
