Real Estate in Fresno County is still one of the most affordable places to buy in California.  You can still get a nice home in a great neighborhood for the low 300,000 with exceptional schools.  If you want to have space and cooler weather you could buy in the Sierra Foothills for the low 400,000 and be on 2-5 acres. We are only a few hours from the beach and are very close the the Sierra Mountains and Yosemite National Park.  Here in Fresno county we also have many Foreclosure homes available as well.  One of the companies that I am associated with is known for being the Concierge of Foreclosures.
