A new investment , hotel condos or condotels

By
Real Estate Agent with ReMax Unlimited Northwest

This new investment is great.. Not only do they ( the holel ) do all the work, the collect the money, go after the renter if damaged..  You can use it yourself when you want...

There is a lot of choices now, mainley in tourist areas and major cities...  Make sure its a good fit for you , if you choose to use it your self as well as a solid management team or hotel name... Call around and talk to the sales people directly at each place... Then call Your realtor and go see them and make a decision..

*** Take Your Realtor to see any New Construction!!! You will get professional representation and quality advice..

I have personally purhased condotells, so make sure Your agent is aware and sharp enough to help you.

Names like Trump, Ritz Carleton, Freemont, Shang ri li, Raffeallo, ......... they start from 250,000 to over 1.2 million ( for just a one bedroom ) to many millions for larger ones.

Much better then chasing bad tennants and evictions and damage.... Another way to make your life easier..

Oh , You can also live in your unit and remove it from the rental program.

Dave:

I like your website.  Many lenders are starting to offer financing for this type property.  As an independent broker I can shop them all and find the best programs for your clients.
