Help me out here....is this rediculous or not????? There is a 4 mortgage max. on individuals/smaller investors down from 10. Soooooo we have lots of mortgages that are foreclosed and need sold and we put a 4 mortgage max on our investors regardless of their situation? Has anyone worked through this with any of your clients?????? Does anyone else believe we are shooting ourselves in the foot? How about stopping those that shouldn't have a mortgage and helping those that are capable of repaying - regardless of the # of mortgages they carry !
