Here are my Post Falls Real Estate Market Graphs for 2008 through October 31. I included all properties priced $400K and above, and isolated properties in the Post Falls area. This will give you a better understanding of the local Post falls market than you can get when the statistics are lumped with other towns. Remember, all real estate markets are LOCAL.
One interesting bit of info that isn't on the graphs is the price per square foot that the sold properties went for. It ranged from $154 in the $400K to $500K price band, up to $569 in the price band over $1M.
