Please make time to leave feedback for properties you have shown your buyers. Many sellers are waiting on pins and needles to hear a response and are trying to do what it takes to get their homes sold. Please let us know what we can do to help reach our goal.
Is the home overpriced compared to what is comparable in the area? Does the home need a thorough decluttering/cleaning? Does the home’s layout not suit the buyers’ needs? Are your buyers still considering a purchase of the home, but would like to see more before a decision is made?
