I have a question about the slippery question of what is this???

I think I should start this blog by simple stating - I have never written a blog before and I have never really read one either - so this is an experiment in Real Estate?  Technology?  the hidden world? 

 Let me keep this simple.   Who read this and why?  Information on technology for Real Estate Agents?  As far as I can tell there is not a way to sell your listings and the people who do write in are very professional and not very crabby - which was sort of what I was looking for - some disgruntled agents who like to talk too much and share exciting marketing ideas. 

Also - I haven't found anything very funny - but maybe I am not looking in the right places.  Or perhaps this is a place for agents to be sort of helpful to each other without really saying anything...  This confuses me because I can't understand what the benefit is... Or is there a goodf place to look that I haven't found?  I would love to know...
