Marquette Bank
Last week, I started with Marquette Bank as a Loan Originator. Why the switch? In today's environment, I wanted to be with a strong, progressive institution that understands the financial needs of my clients. Marquette Bank has assets totaling over 1 billion dollars and is one of the few independently owned and managed financial institutions in Illinois. It's the right size. Not too big that my clients and myself are just numbers and not too small that you worry about their continued ability to help serve my clients.
Marquette Bank shares my views on customer service. We're committed to treating you the way we would want to be treated. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. Questions answered completely. In short, you're informed and feeling comfortable throughout the process.
Some Differences, Much The Same
As I have done for the past 18 years, I'll be originating first mortgages, including purchases and refinances and home equity loans and lines of credit. I'll have a complete line of mortgage products, conventional, jumbo, FHA, at very competitive rates with low 's closing costs. Pretty much what I've been doing most of my career.
Working for Marquette, I'll have direct access to a variety of new products. You want to buy or refinance a small apartment building? We can do it. Need a construction loan to build a new home? We can do that. Looking for a reverse mortgage? Look no further, we can do it!
Coming Soon!
I'll have a website that you can check rates, apply on line and check out special offers. More on that when it's up and running. Until then, you can always reach me on my cell phone: 708-307-0915 or in the office at: 708-349-0770 ext. 2918 or by email at mholan@emarquettebank.com .
Hope to hear from you soon!
