Greetings friends and fellow colleagues! I finally, FINALLY bit the blogging bullet and am wading in the proverbial blogging pool. I was so proud of myself for resisting the call to blog. After all, I consider myself a very hands-on, highly personal gal. I am much more comfortable calling up one of you to share a cup of coffee or a live conversation, but now I see the light.
Don't get me wrong though. On a professional level, my listings are out there and marketed appropriately and my tech-savvy ways have worked very well for my clients. I was just too uncomfortable putting "ME" out there. My professional network has expanded so that it has been increasingly difficult to share that cup of coffee as often as I would like. So, I see this blogging effort as a fantastic way to keep in touch with you and give you an electronic update on what I am doing.
As most of you may already know, Hallmark Realty became part of the Sotheby's International Realty network this past July. I am thrilled to be affiliated with the brand. Last month I participated in the New Broker/Management Orientation with Sotheby's International Realty in Short Hills, NJ and met many colleagues from across the globe. It was truly a unique and rewarding experience. We attended a dinner and lecture at the Sotheby's International Auction House in New York City. I was able to meet with the Auction House Desk Manager and interact with the Executive Team at Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates.
I have posted the press release and picture below.
Well, that wraps up my first blogging experience. Watch out...Perhaps next time I will dive in!
Until then, take care.
