Research and prepare a Search Engine Optimization strategy and execute optimization tactics each month. The upfront optimization would take place over an 8-12 week period, with ongoing monthly reporting & analysis beyond the initial optimization.

  • In Campaigns and Ad Groups, refine geo-targeting parameters
  • Develop Yahoo! Search Marketing, and MSN ad Center accounts (if selected)
  • Develop ad texts
  • Provide landing page recommendations and associate with ads
  • Analytics set-up with conversion tracking
  • Day-to-day campaign management and optimization to target CPA and ROI
  • A/B ad text testing to optimize account performance
  • A/B landing page testing to optimize account performance
  • Develop additional targeted keywords each month per strategy
  • Monthly reporting and analysis (at the Search Engine, Campaign, Ad Group, and Keyword level, as well as Ad Text and Landing Page Testing results)



A monthly report is needed summarizing the performance of the PPC and SEO programs. The reporting and analysis should detail metrics, such as:

• Cost-Per-Click (CPC)

• Costs

• Average Position of the Ads

• Conversions

• Conversion Rate

• Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA)

SEO Program:

• Keyword Ranking by Search Engine (& movement)

• Keyword Ranking vs. Key Competitors (& movement)

• Inbound Link Popularity

Other Tools Available:

• Phone call conversion tracking (dynamic phone number)

• Competitor’s PPC campaign monitoring

• Campaign expansion within Google AdWords

I have been working on link building, but I am not so sure I am doing it right, I signed up with a couple of free places to get notified of link exchanges, but I have werid people contacting me wanting to exchange links..
