ON MONDAY, I GOT A CALL FROM A BANK THAT I HAVE A FORECLOSURE LISTED WITH. THE CALL WAS QUITE WEIRD. THE BANKER SAID " TRACEY SOMEONE IS MOVING INTO LOT 101 IN THE SUBDIVISION NAME". I SAID YEA RIGHT. HE SAID I AM SERIOUS!!!! I SAID " I AM CLOSE BY I WILL GO ON OVER". I PULL UP AND THERE WAS A MOVING SERVICE TRUCK AND CARS EVERY WHERE. I THOUGHT OH MY. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A JOB FOR THE CITY POLICE DEPT.
LONG STORY SHORT. WE ASK THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THE YOUNG LADY SAID I HAVE A 5 YEAR LEASE. I KNEW SHE DID NOT. THIS LADY'S MOM HAD PAID THE BACK TAXES ON THIS HOME AND SHE THOUGHT SHE COULD MOVE IN. THEY HAD THE KEY OUT OF THE LOCK BOX AND LIED ABOUT HOW THEY GOT IN. THEY DECIDED AFTER 4 HOURS TO LEAVE.
THIS IS FOR ALL AGENTS WHO HAVE A VACANT HOME LISTED, DO NOT PUT A COMBO LOCK BOX ON VACANT HOMES, UNLESS THERE IS SOMEONE ON DUTY EVERYDAY.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS HAPPEN?????????????? OR SIMULAR??????
