Less Busy than last year, but less less busy this week.

One of our local bankers was in the office the other week.  When I responded that we were a little slow that week, I was quickly corrected to say that we in our industry were not slow, but rather, "Less Busy".  I am now training myself to be more positive about our market, and seeing this time as just less busy.

Well I have to say, that this week, and the few days with the election finally over, we seem to be less, less busy!  The phones are ringing, people are beginning to come alive, and come out and look for houses, or investment property.  We are in a different market in Montrose Colorado now than we were two years ago,  but less busy is definately better than Slow!
